Man commissions a special IceTek
IceTek, known for their oversized, bold diamonds on steel
watches, has created a custom-designed watch for iconic
rapper and TV star Method Man. The signature
image watch showcases Method Man's very identifiable logo, a bat with wings
spread, set into IceTek's Quintempo II model, an oversized rectangular design
with 6.5 carats of white diamonds and 5 time zones. The watch was requested
by Method Man in celebration of his new album, Tical 0. It was a personal treasure
for the rapper...and is not for sale. It has been featured regularly on Method & Redman's
new show on Fox, "Method and Red," along with other diamond-studded
IceTeks belonging to Meth, Redman, and their friends and crew.
The
new Spinner Collection
IceTek's new Spinner is a unique design with inspiration from the increasingly
popular customized rims that make a car a piece of personalized art. Steel,
diamonds, and bold sizing...all signatures of IceTek. Designed to actually
spin, the center disc moves with motion, showcasing sparkling diamonds. Versions
are available with 0.50 to 6.50 carats of white diamonds. After seeing this
unique watch, Omega Luxury Wheels licensed the IceTek name and is creating
limited edition triple chrome spinning rims in 20 to 26", for SUVs and
and passenger cars. All spinning rims are custom-made with sparkling cz's to
match the diamond IceTek Spinners.
Carmelo
Anthony visits IceTek in Las Vegas
Rookie superstar Carmelo Anthony of the Denver Nuggets is a big fan of IceTek's
diamond watches. He showed his support by attending the JCK 2004 watch and
jewelry fair in Las Vegas on two days, signing autographs and taking pictures
for hours. While at the show, Carmelo spotted the new IceTek Quintempo I black
leather cuff strap, and happily left with it after also making plans for an
IceTek Spinner watch in his college colors.
American Idol’s
fashion statement was IceTek diamond watches
Talent, excitement and fashion were all there in abundance at the American
Idol finale. Fantasia Barrino sang like a true diva and looked like one – wearing
a diamond statement IceTek heart-shaped Valentine watch – her new good
luck charm. A fan of IceTek and seen wearing various models throughout this
season, Randy Jackson was wearing a major bling bling IceTek with a diamond
face and bracelet. Not to be left out of the fashion scene, Ryan Seacrest had
on a Classic Chrono IceTek in black, glittering with diamonds. Paula Abdul
wears IceTek, and owns a Valentine. Last season’s winner, and a guy who
loves fashion, important jewelry, and dazzle, Ruben Studdard wears an IceTek
also, and was sporting his that night. At the end of the show, the grand finale,
only three people were onstage – Ryan Seacrest, Diana DeGarmo, and Fantasia
Barrino – and they were all wearing their IceTeks. It was a group shot
of celebration, friendship – and diamond dazzle by IceTek.
IceTek introduces
the Sweet Heart
Just released is the newest IceTek ladies watch. A signature motif for IceTek,
the heart shape has been restylized as a bracelet watch, making a contemporary
statement in high-polished steel. A white glowing mother-of-pearl dial is surrounded
by diamonds, and set in a bracelet of interlinking hearts, with or without
diamonds. Now being seen on the wrists of women everywhere, including Jessica
Simpsons, and American Idol's Paula Abdul, Diana DeGarmo, and Fantasia Barrino.
